Short Description:

Base collar just like the starter component of ringlock system. It is made by two pipes with different outer diameter. It sliped on the hollow jack base by one side and another side as a sleeve to connected ringlock standard. Base collar make the whole system more stable and also is the important connector between hollow jack base and ringlock standard.

It is usually placed for puting the steel plank with U hooks. It is used in European all round scaffolding system mostly.
